Remembering Dr. Richard “Dick” Thomas Krajczar
November 23, 1943 - February 19, 2019
Today, we remember Dick Krajczar, Executive Director of EARCOS and friend to the Klingenstein Center, and offer our deepest condolences to his family - wife, Sherry, children, Morgan and Josh, and grandchildren, Areya and Morgan. We are grateful for having been a small part of his storied and impactful career in international schools.
Dick joined the Klingenstein Center Advisory Committee in 2008. For over a decade, he brought the wisdom of his career, spanning 55 years and three continents, to help guide the Center in the rapidly changing global landscape of education. He was an evangelist, not only for the Klingenstein programs, but for the power of education to make the world a better place. His quick smile and boundless energy brightened each room he entered and his genuine love of schools and the people in them shone in each conversation he joined. Dick’s legacy will live on in generations of educators and students who were inspired by his passion and vibrant example. Thank you, Dick, for all you did to inspire us.
