Candidates for FORGE should be working in an independent or international school at the time of application and planning to do so in the 2020-2021 school year. The FORGE experience is designed for educators with instructional leadership responsibilities.
Application Process and Requirements
An online application is required. Applications will be accepted through 11:59 p.m. EST on Thursday, March 5. Please review the list of required items below to gather the materials needed and then click the "Begin Your Online Application" link when you're ready.
The application includes
- an application form with contact and demographic information,
- a current resume in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format,
- four short essays,
To complete the essays, please download the essay prompt document and complete responses to each question. Then save the document in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format to be uploaded into the online application.
- and two professional references - your current supervisor and a current or past professional colleague.
Applicants will be asked for the names and contact information for their references. References may be contacted by the FORGE admission team during the application review process. Letters of recommendation are not required.

The registration fee for FORGE 2020 will be $1,500. Participants are responsible for the cost of travel to Albuquerque Academy and for lodging. A group rate will be available at a nearby hotel.
